I recently hired Jo for an attic restoration before selling my home, and I was extremely impressed with his service. My inspection report noted areas needing remediation, and Jo was able to schedule the work quickly and complete everything in just one day so I could list my home the following week. Jo and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. The attic looked brand new when they finished, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Jo was able to assess what my home needed just from Redfin photos and clearly explained every step and option throughout the process. He also handled a local PUD rebate application for me, which is already saving me money. Communication was outstanding—he always responded quickly and thoroughly to my questions. I highly recommend Jo and his team for attic restoration and insulation work.

We had a great experience with Jo & his team! Jo made sure we took advantage of the gas company's energy rebate program & saved us thousands of dollars. His crew was professional, prompt & thorough, finishing the job in one day. They installed insulation in the crawlspace, made sure our ductwork was in good shape & even provided a new door to the crawlspace! We would hire them again in a heartbeat & highly recommend!!!

On the day of, Jo's crew were quick and efficient and provided Before and After photos. They removed my old vapor barrier and insulation and replaced with new one, added new dryer vent duct and flapper, and added new roof vents for all my bathroom fans, and much more. I was able to ask them questions during and provided water and snacks to them for their hard work. The crew respected my home and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. After the work was completed, I thanked Jo for making this all possible and being easy to work with. We went over some of the After pictures together over the phone to help me learn about everything and ask additional questions. They even sent a crewmember to come back for a 2-week follow-up on the work to make sure everything still looks good. I would recommend Jo and the team at Insulation Co to my friends and family for attic and crawlspace cleanout services again.

Workers arrived on time and got right to work, cleared out all the old insulation and vapor barrier in the crawl space. Identified where the rodents were coming in and sealed off that entrance with wire mesh. Finished in just a few hours and cleaned up. My crawl space looks great! 5 star job!

Jo and his crew cleaned out the old insulation in the attic of a home we purchased that had mold, evidence of rodents, and lacked ventilation. They took care of the mold, got rid of the nasty insulation and put in cellulose insulation (deeper than required), added ventilation, and brought everything up to code in one day. Most importantly, Jo spent time explaining to me what they would do before they did it, and then after the work was completed, explaining the photos they sent me of what they had done. I highly recommend them.

So professional and responsive, a rare experience! And the quality was fantastic. I wish I had a reason to do more work with them, what a pleasure! ;-)
