Windows that cost several thousand more than Homefix, appeared to be at least identical to those priced by Homefix ... and with a weaker warranty. Why would I choose another firm? Everyone at Homefix was courteous and responsive to discussions.

The Homefix team was great through the whole process. Danielle was helpful and responsive. From the time our project was confirmed to completed installation was maybe 3 weeks. The materials were delivered and the installation crew was out here the next day. The main roof was done in a day and the jobsite was kept clean, the foreman was very helpful during the walk-through. Initially we did not have the right shingles for the low sloping roof on our porch, Homefix made sure the right materials were delivered the next day and the installation crew finished the project. Overall very happy with the project from start to finish. We have had several heavy rains and wind storms since and the roof is in great condition.

  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
