Let me start by saying when we first made an appointment with Deborah Patterson of Homefix Custom Remodeling to discuss a new roof it was going to be just that a discussion. Ms. Patterson was so informative about the product and services that we felt no need to look further and made the decision that evening to hire HCR. Work was completed In one day and It looks great and you can't beat the warranty that is transferable in the event we sell our home. You may get it slightly cheaper but you will never get a better warranty!

Use low cost subs. Make promises they will not keep. Little review of subs by home company.

I love the quality of work. The issue that I have is the communication between the customer and the company. It bothered me as to why was it so hard for me to contact them after payment was received before any work was started. These days, that worries people. And the most important thing that bothers me is that I have yet to receive my invoice on completed work now going on 2 months. And on that note, how does someone expect a good review? That's bad business.

It has been a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. First, we talked to Chris D., a senior account consultant from Homefix Custom Remodeling. He explained to us in detail our options, choices, prices, and what to expect in the process. So, we agreed on a price after some negotiations, and Mr. Dobbin demonstrated a good will and understanding. The Homeowner association approved our application surprisingly fast (within one week), so we received a call from Sarah L. at the HCR headquaters with precise date scheduling, One day before the installation, a truck with crane arrived, and the shingles and other materials were elevated and placed on our roof. The next day, a 5-man team arrived at 7:30 am. They covered the area around with multiple sheets of protective cover, then started removing the old shingles and replacing the spoiled plywood with a new one. A good quality heavy-duty protective film was stapled to the roof before installing the new shingles. The new ridge vent "Cobra" has been installed, and caulk has been applied around pipes and collars. It has been a pleasure watching a nicely organized, fast, and masterful work of the installers! The old materials were hauled away by the truck. Some team members cleaned the area almost all the time keeping the neighbors happy. The entire job was completed within one day! The roof looks solid, new, and marvelous! Thanks a lot!

Outstanding windows! I hired them after 5 estimates. They were not the lowest price but they gave me the best terms to not grow the job. I had 16 original 35 y/o windows replaced with a good amount of rotten wood. The project manager and his helper were personable and professional and raved about their company. They replaced the rotten wood and had me inspect before the trim wrap. The craftsmanship of the trim work is top quality. It was 105 degree heat index that day but they took their time and did excellent detail work. I have also contracted HCR to do my soffitt trim wrap and gutters. I will update this when that is complete.

Put the dumpster and shingles, the day before, in my driveway, without notice and left me no where to park. They showed up a day late, but did finish in one day. I was told on the estimate that no further charges would be added. Day of work was informed the workers had to replace additional wood and charged me an extra $1,000.
