Professional and completed the work as scheduled. Not very responsive to request for a warranty document as the roof was warrantied for 50 years and is transferrable.

Pros and cons of Homefix Custom Remodleing's kitchen countertops. Quick Review: i love the countertop. The Quartz it much nicer than anything i have had. It fits together like a glove. Chris (My salesman) was informative and dedicated. Ronald (my measure technician.) was focused on quality work and patient. Company as a whole gave me some frustration with timing, but all and all Great company. Long Review. If you can request a sales Rep i would say ask for Chris Dobbin. He knows his stuff he lets you talk and doesn'tt try talking over you to get the sale. He is great at listening and understand my needs for my kitchen. Like any other higher end product the sale meeting does go on for about hour or two so set time aside. He has to go over everything that makes the company worth being with. If you have a question don't be afraid to ask it twice. Chris is a busy guy and has trouble answer a question the first time it is asked. He may try but end up going off on a tangent about something else. Trust me, you are not being annoying by asking again to insure you get an answer. Otherwise he was with me every step of the way and had open communication, anytime i felt like something was right i could talk or text. To be able to text your sales rep is peace of mind. Ronald was my measurement Tech who came at the time they said he would. He took his time and talked to me to be sure everything he was taking down was correct. He even measured twice after helping me make a chance that made my kitchen better. Thank you very much Ronald! Frustrating part of the tech is you have to block off the whole day. Wish since i am paying so much i could pay to have a better time window. Saying the tech will be there some time between 8am and 5pm makes it hard to do anything with the day. That's a company thing and nothing to do with Roland. I had a hispanic Installation crew and i didn't understand what they were saying when they talked spanish right next to me. Does make me rather uneasy when you are in my house and say something i don't understand next to me and laugh. However the crew talked to me to be sure everything was correct. They worked quickly and made sure to take care of my house as they moved through it. Polite when asking to use my facilities. Didn't leave any trash or mess behind. Was very happy with their work. Company had me a bit frustrated on time. From time of sales to finished installation was 35 days. Not too bad; however when you are told that they want to be installed by day 23 and that just keeps getting pushed back it is upsetting. Make plans around having everything done by day 23 wouldn't be smart but when i had set plans for day 30, week after the estimated time of installe it is extremely frustrating to call family and cancale thanksgiving plans. Aside from this the company was on top end of communication and transparency.

All around great company. From the start meeting the VP of the company all the way to explaining the process after i chose the type of roof and the date of installation.

My counters haven't been installed yet, but so far I have had a great experience with this company. Chris Dobbin showed up at my house on time and was very professional. He offered me a great price compared to other quotes I got in my area. I'll be updating my review after the counters are installed.

The regional manager came out looked over the roof. He took pictures and measured. He then created the estimate of all the materials and labor cost. The company guarantees the roof. If there is a problem they will come out and fix it at no cost. They are the premier of roofing companies. All the other companies canÂ’t compete with what this company offers.
