job was promiced in 4-5 weeks. took over 8. put 1 window in crooked and had to fix it. cut my window trim with a sawsall and fixxed the crappy cuts with caulk. still havent been contacted by the contractor to ask me if i.m satisfied.

5 windows replaced. Relatively quick, it takes a long time to order the windows (this is typical though). Once windows were in, scheduling was fast. Windows are "ok". Glad we dis not pay more. We chose hi-tech bc even at lower quote, windows still met tax rebate limits. Windows are sub-optimal, but install crew was great. They even fixed some trim on a window that had been in need of repair. All in all, I would recommend, but know you are not getting a Harvey window!

I highly recommend Hi Tech Window and Siding Installation, Inc.! I live in a studio apartment in Boston and one of my windows broke when I was trying to clean it and Boston was due for a thunderstorm that afternoon. All other window installation companies were booked solid for the week, as was Hi Tech Windows, but they made a quick and efficient emergency stop to accommodate me. They fixed my window in no time and offered me a great pricenot to mention the damage they saved to my apartment that would have occurred due to the rainy weather. Thank you, I will be using this company in the future!
