Hi Tech was one of 3 companies which gave estimates for our window, siding, door and steps project. We highly recommend Hi Tech. First of all, the company owner, Bill Chase, took the time to understand what was important to us. He gave us options, not only based on price but also on performance, durability and aesthetics. We appreciated his very sound advice and did not feel pressured to sign a fast contract. In fact, he recommended that we have at least 3 estimates. Bill is a man of integrity. The work crew was skilled, polite and efficient. The Project Manager checked in every day to make sure the work was moving along and that we were happy. And after the project, The Project Manager was very responsive to our calls about anything that needed to be tweaked or adjusted. We also asked for some additional work that was not listed in the main project quote and he provided us with a quote followed by timely installation. Hi Tech will be on the top of our list for our next project. Thank you to Bill, the office staff, Project Manager and work crew for a job well done.

Great group of guys. They installed new windows on my unit and trim on the rest of the building. One piece of trim was falling off the next day and they came right out and fixed it no questions asked.

This was not my first experience with Hi Tech. I've had new windows and siding installed, as well as two new doors. The work was done in a timely manner as well as top notch. Because of this wonderful experience, I had no problem hiring them for my new roof. As expected, the installation was done in a timely manner and also top notch. It was a wonderful experience, start to finish.

I hired HiTech Windows & Siding and could not be happier. The roof they installed, Certainteed Landmark, looks great. The process of buying and paying for it was painless and efficient. On the day of the installation they arrived and went to work- the job was done cleanly and safely till completed in two days. If you walked around my property now, you would not be able to find any trace of trash or old shingles or nails...total cleanup. I highly recommend HiTech for anything you need- this is a great company doing great work.

After we were sold on a $21,815 window and front door replacement job (putting down $7000 in advance in June, and giving another $10,000 in mid-August as the work commenced) -the first crew that was sent did poor work and were fired by Chase (this was after we demanded that they not return due to the horrible work they left behind). We then wrote to Harvey Windows after repeated calls and no action from Bill Chase. Harvey Windows got involved somewhat but pushed all responsibility back to the contractor-Our Front door is still not installed properly. We are still trying to have Bill Chase fix it-we spent an additional $850 outside to repair some of his poor workmanship. We still have repairs left. We are totally frustrated with the lack of ownership and resolution of these problems from both Bill Chase and Harvey Replacement Windows-I would not use either one for they do not really stand behind the workmanship-Bill Chase was a preferred vendor on the Harvey website yet after spending $20,815 its as if we don't exist. As you can see this 1 month project has now dragged on for over 6 months and we still have not had the problems Bill Chase and his crew created fixed properly. Robert K. Update on 5/17/2017-After working with Harvey and Hi-Tech they came back out and fixed the door and window that we had brought to their attention. Both companies wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the work and that the windows and door were installed correctly.

The removal of existing siding and the application of the vinyl siding was done quickly, skillfully and the clean up (including removal of the dumpster) was completed all within 2 weeks. Robin has been installing vinyl siding for many years and it shows!

We ordered the windows in September and have been promised to get them within 6-8 weeks. The windows were installed in February! We also ordered a painted front door at the same time (sep). This was installed, unpainted, only in April! They came to paint it by themselves in June! We asked for a new, factory painted door (this is what we paid for), and they became no show. No answering to our phone call or messages. Very nice people, not at all nice service! They will get the door within 4 weeks, I requested for a date and they didn't gave me anything, and I may get it.
