Great job. Great price.

Sloppy and disorganized. Needed all house windows replaced. First installers sent said they needed to go to Home Depot for more tools and never came back. Had people say they were coming daily for 3 weeks and no one showed up. Project took 3X longer than estimated from start to finish. While Bill Chase is a professional and the staff is courteous, it took more than 2 months to get them started. Prompt in fixing draft and gutter problems. Didn't clean well and we are still picking up glass. Appealing windows, but would look elsewhere considering the investment.

The inspector indicated that the windows could likely be adjusted by the owner and did not need replacing.

Jack did a great job on keeping with in our budget while not sacrificing quality. Earl and Dave did a great job on the installation working between rain showers. They did the installation in record speed while keeping the jobsite site neat and tidy along the way.

Very happy with both windows and siding. I have a small odd shaped house and they did a fantastic job, foreman went above and beyond what was expected, could not be happier.

We've had two major leaks with two diff. windows. There are drafts/breezes coming through a few of the windows due to poor calking etc.
