When I submitted my information thru HomeAdvisor, A Hi Tech representative contacted me immediately, and worked around my schedule to come to my home and give me a quote, which was excellent customer service. The work was completed quickly and as specified. It was three days later that I contacted by a second company who quoted me a cost lower than what I paid. I wanted the work done quickly, so I went with the first company, did not wait for additional quotes, and may have had it done for less, but, I am completely satisfied with how the process was completed.

Got a decent price for quality product The door did not easily lock easily with me. Bill came back, showed me how to, and made it easier to lock There was a delay, for genuine reason. The contractor had not communicated the delay. I sure hope that the contractor works on it. After we got his attention, it was all smooth sailing.

These guys were great. Especially Bill who worked hard in the blazing sun putting the exterior and storm doors on our mobile home. They showed up promptly despite the early morning rain delay and did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier. Kudos to your great company!

These guys did a great job throughout the entire process. I only needed to get a single piece of broken siding replaced, and they were able to get an exact match to the rest of the house, where I couldn't find anything similar on my own. They came out and gave me an estimate in less than 24 hours, and when they did the actual repair they were in and out in no time. Highly satisfied.
