I am very thrilled with my new windows. Their customer service members are top notch. They provided great service and explained everything throughly! I would definately use them again and highly recommend them to anyone!!

Wrong window was ordered and installed. Company took the initiative to replace the mistake at their own expense, but timelines were inexcusably long and communication was sparse.

caulking around windows was done poorly, if at all. though they did leave me with the caulking material to complete the work. i'm still picking up nails and pieces of siding and trim to this day. they were very good about redoing substandard work, wo/ quibbling. the best thing is that the house looks great, especially the trim around the windows.

I had Hi-Tech replace 23 windows and they did so over the course of 2 days. They had the best price for the most window. The only complaint I had was that they left all of the stickers on the windows so I had to remove them.

the sideing around the windows were not compleatly sealed,,there was alot of cuttings and nails that i will be cleaning up everytime i cut my lawn,the roofer was not even worth commenting about,over all i was not that happy and would not recormend this company to anyone i know.

Prompt response. They came when they said they would. Product appears to be quite ok. Some small glitches in communication between supervisor and carpenter, but they were fixed.
