I have been trying to find someone to fix one of my windows for over 3 months. Most contractors referred by ServiceMagic never even contacted me. A couple did but didn't follow up. Bill was the only one to follow up by evaluating the job and providing an estimate. We are now in the process of scheduling the work.

I'm very happy with my recent purchase and installation of several new vinyl windows. The windows took a little while to be delivered BUT other than dealing with that minor delay, I'm glad that I decided to use Hi-Tech windows. I'm actually looking forward to see how these new windows hold up during the forthcoming winter season!

Windows were installed efficiently and on time and are working well. There was some minor damage to blind and curtain hardware that I had to fix.

the price was right but he finish workmanship was not as clean and neat as i would have liked. they did come out and attemp to correct ther problem but the solution wasn't much better than the original work.

The overall work was great but work was completed about 2 months ago and we still have some outstanding issue I have to call several times and send emails it doesn't seem like they are interested in addressing my issues. I wouldn't use them again it was a big hassle. UPDATE: 1 year and LOTS of emails and calls later - they finally came out and finished some trim-work issues. Not very good service follow-up in my opinion. I guess once they get your money you go to the bottom of the priority list.

I had Hi Tech replace three windows in my basement as well as 4 windows in a studio behind my house. I also had them completely remove a window in the studio and fill in the space with Sheetrock and shingles. They were able to complete the job in one day and I was very happy with the results.
