Very punctual, honest, reliable person. Did his job as a pro should and straightforward in his work and did not charge us extra other than the job. We highly recommend him. He cleaned the area so well.

Had a broken push button on a spa bathtub. Was able to remove and replace though there was no access panel and he also did not break the front tile to do so. Also performed safety checks on the breaker and GfCi to make sure nobody will be electrocuted. Fair price charges especially considering that no follow up repairs needed. His experience really showed!!!!

Chuck came out on a Sunday, was able to figure out what was wrong and came back on Monday to complete the work. He talked us through the process and was very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will continue to work with him in the future.

I purchased a house that came with a hot springs hot tub. After a couple of months it stopped working. I search for a technician at various places and finally decided on Chuck Parchini who was very highly rated on Angie's list. I was not disappoint. Chuck drove over an hour to examine my hot tub, quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Within a short while he returned and spent an entire day replacing the control board and panel. He also completely cleaned the tub and filters. Chuck charged a very reasonable price and his work was superlative. You won't go wrong hiring Chuck Parchini to fix your hot tub.
