Chuck and his tech showed up on time and was able to replace my spa pump and motor at a great price, he also was so very honest on recommendations, I will only call Hi-Tech Spa for now on, I know it is hard to trust companies to come out and do the work professionally. Great experience working with the folks at Hi Tech Spa. I had non-functioning hot tub, Ryan visited in-person to determine the issue, and then made a couple of recommendations to pursue including costs for parts and labor. Quick service. Ryan visited again after the repair to check out one issue I found after the fact, and he quickly fixed the issue. They are not great at communication by e-mail, however Ryan was very responsive on HomeAdvisor and via texting. Would recommend!

Ryan was very knowledgeable when he arrived to check out my spa. He found the problem and quickly repaired the problem within a short time span. He had all the correct tools, took the time to explain the repairs needed and more importantly had the parts that were necessary to make the repairs. I truly appreciated his knowledge of the electrical and mechanical workings of the spa and his focus on getting it repaired correctly, I am blessed that he was my service repairman. Again. thank you.

They have been so quick to respond, order parts, etc. BEST of all they did not fix problems unless they HAD to be fixed.

Arrived on time; spotted the problem within a few minutes. The tech discussed the issue causing the leak, his recommendation for fixing it, and the cost. The tech fixed the issue that caused the leak very quickly and the cost was so reasonable. I will give Hi Tech Spa my highest recommendations and will tell friends with spas to use them if they have an issue with their spa..

Called and was able to respond in an hour. On time, very helpful and listened to what the issue was. Replaced the heater, tested and wrapped up very quickly. Highly recommend this company.
