I have had several so called spa repairmen at my house. This was the only one who knew anything about Spas and he took the time to help me do better at maintaining my spa and preventing future issues.

Repaired major gasket leak, identified a couple smaller leaks that could possibly be fixed by additive which was added to tub. At this writing will have to wait a week to see if additive will work. Gave pointers on keeping the spa water at a neutral pH to minimize damage to tubing connections in the future. At the time of work visit - water was at a high pH. Chemicals added to bring pH into 7.2 range. Very personable and knowledgeable - highly recommended.

I clicked on Hi Tech Spa, LLC name i was contacted in just a few minutes. So fast i had to make appointment for next day. Chuck gave me a bid I agreed. Chuck was exactly on time as I drove up. My motor on my jetted tub was bolted down with non-reverse hardened bolts. Chuck had to go the home store for more blades. But he got the job done. No extra was charged. Great job Chuck. Thank you. I found Hi Tec, to be quick & resourceful, and most importantly, their honesty was second to none. A 10 dollar fuse, as opposed to a 600 dollar motor. I will recommend Hi Tec, to everyone I know, who own spa's.
