Chuck was on time and very professional. I thought my hot tub was broken but it was not. Chuck serviced it and taught me how it works and how to use the chemicals. I think he went an extra mile. Thanks Chuck.

Very costly for a flow valve, $178.00 labor just to change.$68.00 for the flo valve itself. When asked why so much labor cost was answered I half to drain the hot tube. I said I could open the valve to drain. But never was drained to complete the job. It took a week to come out to the house, took another week to get the part. Very timely.

Response from Company:

Part my price was 59.99 customer price 68.00 I had to order other stuff to qualify for free shipping. $8.01 on part is it too much?

Mystery solved! Finally I found the guy who knows what he's doing. Chuck is the technician I've been looking for years. He was very professional, showed up on time, no delay, no extra charges, and most importantly well aware of how the hot tub and the electrical system behind it works. I highly recommend him to all friends and everyone who needs a trustworthy and honest technician. Enjoyable experience.
