The service man was very knowledgeable, but came twice and was late both times. On the first day (15 minutes) he diagnosed the problem (pump) and had to order it to replace it on a later date. Returned in twelve days, replaced the pump (20 minutes tops). Both days he was late, but did call to let us know, however I had to reschedule my plans on the second day. Also for less than an hour of labor, order and replace the pump I thought he was very expensive. Will look for someone local the next time I need my Spa worked on.

My whirlpool's motor had died and we hired Hi Tech Spa to repair. He did a great job on the repair and got my tub back working great!! I would say it is a little pricey but it is labor intensive and you have to be very careful when removing the panel for repair. Also my builder decided to bolt the panel down so he had to saw the bolts off all while not breaking it. Overall did a great job on the replacement and repair. We are very happy with it.

I needed an honest opinion about the condition of my hot tub, the technician was fair, clear, I didn't feel at any moment he was not going to tell me the real condition and charge me for something not needed. Recommended. I'm keeping this business on my list for future services.

Was prompt and did a fair job however it is very difficult to reach him by phone. My husband, after he had left noticed leaking from the filter and we had to fix it ourselves as we couldn't reach him and we felt that he should have checked all of that thoroughly as he cleaned the filter. Never called back about additional items we ordered.
