"I am so grateful for finding Joel. He is very professional, very dependable, very respectful, HAS COMMON SENSE, and not only listens to what you say and want, BUT he actually follows through and remembers it!!! He asks you for feedback in order to do what you want and to make sure he is understanding your desires correctly, which I appreciated very much. His work ethic is fabulous. He actually knows what he is doing and gets the job done right and timely, never having to worry if he is going to show up! I had a 1,000 square feet wooden deck destroyed by Hurricane Harvey which had to be redone. Only after 4 contractors later and years of delay...the 5th contractor was Joel and he was the only one who really thought things out and knew what he was doing!! He had to tear out part of the work guys before him had done, to fix it, and to finish the job. Thank you so much, Joel. You finally calmed my stress over that deck! "Called the 3rd of July. explained my problem, clogged drain. Said he could be out on the 4th. I said it's a holiday. Said it was OK would be out 10 am on 4h. Asked it there was a extra charge for holidays, he laughed and said no. Arrived punctual at 10 am. Nice professional business young man. Explained problem, quoted price. I left when I returned project was completed. He ran water through gutters to show problem was cleared. Told me of wire screen I could insert over down spout to prevent leaves from entering drains. Gave me a screen at no extra charge. Cleaned up area. I would highly recommend Luis to my neighbors and friends he did a very professional job for me."

He helped us come up with a good design and took care of everything including scheduling inspections and approval of permits. "Francisco and his team in Homeimprove Construction were a pleasure to work with. This was my fiance and my 3rd remodeling experience. We remodeled 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room, and the laundry room. I m so glad we hired Francisco. We worked with a 3-D designer and we gave the plan to Francisco who made them a reality. He was easy to get in contact with and very responsive by phone and text. During any design decisions, he always made sure to check in with what we wanted. He was flexible and a very reasonable person. He works with many renovation experts and knows the right people to call for electrical, custom cabinets, tile work, and roofing and engineering. My fiancé and I are very particular perfectionists and everything was completed to the highest degree of workmanship. After the project was completed we noticed a slight problem in one of the bathrooms and within one day he and his team were back there and quickly addressed it with no hassle. We love the results and consider Francisco Homeimprove Construction our forever contractor!"
