Chuck is a really well informed and trustworthy individual. He explained the electrical problem I was having in clear detail and finished his diagnostics in exactly a half hour. As it turned out, his solution was very inexpensive to implement. Since it was such a quick fix, he wasn't even going to charge me! Of course, I was more than happy to pay for his time and very valuable recommendations.

Chuck arrived on time for scheduled meeting time. He was able to diagnose the issue with my tub, gave me a quote and completed repairs on the same visit. I would use Hi Tech Spa again.

Chuck arrived on time after calling when he was heading my way with an approximate arrival time. Saw the problem, diagnosed the repair, and gave me a quote immediately. He wanted 1/2 of the quote upfront to order the control system. Said it would be 3-5 business days and he would be back to complete the job. On the 4th day he called, the parts were in, and he would be able to come on Tuesday (the 6th business day). That was perfect as I was unavailable on Monday. On time on Tuesday, completed the repair, waited for the spa to fill, and instructed me on how to operate the new controls when the spa was full. No complaints on my part. Everything he said he lived up to, and I will definitely call him if I need his services again.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
