Fixed leaking pipes on hot tub couple months ago. Was having problems with control board, they came out and checked it, would get back with us, that was a month ago. Forget this kind of service, no way to run a business. Will not use them again.

Found thru Home Advisor. Chuck has gone out of his way to help us with a problem hot tub that we were silly enough to install at a beach home. He was the ONLY one to agree to drive a good distance, several times to help us. He stands behind his work and has NEVER stood us up! Highly recommend!

Found hi tech in home advisor. Excellent BBB and great ratings. We live waaaaay out in the country and he kept us informed on arrival time. Had to order the part and once it arrived he was able to come a day early. Nice guy, good communication and good value!

Chuck was fantastic. He called almost before I got off of my computer. I sent him some photos and we had an appointment set up in about 10 minutes. He arrived on time and completed the work in about 20 minutes. He saved me several hours of grief and frustration. I highly recommend them!

We had a leak in our jetted tub piping and Hi Tech Spa arrived on time and provided us with a few options to plug the leaks. Since complete tub replacement was not in our budget, he recommended some simpler and less expensive options in a clear and concise manner. He also did not seem rushed as he took the time to answer all of our questions. I would hire this company again if we have any future jetted tub issues.
