A little slow on the response but in the end the new install looked great......you have to be pro-active

:(.... We tell everyone the same thing as far as scheduling. Dates are not set in stone do to rain, wind, etc. And we will call the day before we come out. Unfortunately, this does not work for some people which I completely understand. People need to know when someone will be working at there house! Mother nature sometimes has her own ideas...I'm glad you liked the final outcome. Our crew leaders have been doing gutters for over 20 years each.

I had a "relatively" small job after a windstorm pulled the gutter off the back of the house. They came out the same day I made the inquiry on Home Advisor and gave me an estimate. They returned a few days later to replace the gutter. Quick, professional and at a reasonable price.

Unfortunately I thought I had finally found someone who did good work. My gutter was installed but what I didn't know was the installer removed all the flashing nails from my new roof and shoved the gutter up under the flashing without replacing the nails and used glue instead. After several months, I walked into my kitchen and found the ceiling bulging in several places. After my insurance adjuster came out, and opened the ceiling, he found water damage and mold all over the underside of the dry wall and on the wood. At the same time my kitchen got infested with ants. That was also a result of the water damage. It was a certain variety of ant that's attracted to wet wood. It took an entomologist and 10 visits from the exterminator to get them under control. As of today, I still have a hole in my kitchen ceiling. It's very disappointing to say the least. Be very careful if you hire this company. They were very friendly but at what cost.
