Hired them to install tie ins from my upper gutters to my lower gutters and reverse the pitch of one gutter and install a new downspout. Estimate was prompt and they were quick to take my deposit. "The job will be done within the next 2 weeks." Four weeks later, no work has been done. Call the Gurus. "We have no invoice for your work, who are you?" They call me back the next day finally having tracked down my invoice. Expecting them maybe to come out the next day because it's been 2 weeks overdue, the earliest they could come was "maybe within the next 10 days." Seemed like poor practice considering the work was already 2 weeks overdue, but a little bit more then a week later, I get a phone call saying they'd be there tomorrow. I come home and see tie ins, but the gutter hasn't been repitched or the downspout changed. Call the Gurus the next day "The work was done." Once he realized that they simply just replaced the gutter and didn't change anything about it, it was "We'll be out there within the next 4 to 5 days." At this point I'm more then frustrated to have to argue with this company in getting prompt service. Nothing more then a half-hearted apology was given with no intentions of actually making it up to me. No recompense whatsoever. They did come the next day unbeknownst to me, so I thought the job was finally done. That was until I found a multitude of gutter screws in my driveway and until I wound up running over 2 gutter cutouts with my lawnmower. Don't hire these guys unless you want the runaround, poor customer service, and no cleanup.
