Didn't need to be home left the bill in the door and wasn't hounded for the balance due like other companies call you the next day for payment.

I contacted them because of my gutters and $250.00 was the price for a new gutter coming apart and a lower gutter. I had to him to replace gutter on drain pipe and he told me all that was going to be done. He wanted another $200.00 to replace gutter on drain pipe and I told him that's to much because that was to be replace when I paid. I was told $175.00, which is still to much when he was to replace lower gutters and repair the gutter that came apart.

Too many gutter companies to chose from ! Didn't know one from the other. They all promise the world. How do you know who to trust. I was nervous. I set out to get a million estimates but didn't get far. I called Gutter Gurus and spoke to their President, Nick. He was nice over the phone ,pleasant to speak to and very knowledgeable. We set up a mutually convenient time for the estimate.Dan from management followed up to make sure everything was scheduled properly. Their rep, Tom , came out ! Super easy to talk to and also very knowledgeable. He was a true professional and was extremely honest. At that point I made my decision. GUTTER GURUS WAS THE COMPANY I WANTED TO TRUST TO DO THE JOB. The company sent out two mechanics ,I should say ARTISTS , LOU and TOM. They were precise , professional ,tidy , on time.... just OUTSTANDING at what they do....AND THEIR WORK SHOWED IT ! I could have chosen any gutter guy but I chose GUTTER GURUS.Make the right choice,follow my lead, choose GUTTER GURUS. You will be glad you did.

This was a small job for these guys and it took them over a month and multiple visits and phone calls before work was completed. The initial estimate was for $625 and after adding a couple more things to the job it came to over a $1,000. They did not caulk the cutters where needed and left some of the flashing and capping unsecure and I had to finish my self. This was a disappointing experience.

Not sure why [Consumer name withheld at their request] is upset. He was extremely happy with the work we did. We were able to fit him in even though we got 2 feet of snow right after he signed up. [Consumer name withheld at their request] added work twice which is why the price is higher??? Very disappointed in this review! Why would he continue to add work if he didn't like us??? Really [Consumer name withheld at their request]! Is this a joke???

The Gutter Guru lacks communication with customer, failed to return calls. However, they did refund money.

Russell was under the impression that we were doing plumbing work for some reason to satisfy requirements by the township. The contract was clear to what we were doing. When I called to tell him we were coming out. He went over what he thought we were doing, which was nothing we are licensed for, discussed or on the contract. I think he mixed us up with another estimate he received. At this point it was way after rescission, and we still gave his money back. I am in the office 8+ hours per day and we have an answering service off hours. I never heard from him until I called the night before the job. He may have been calling the guy he thought he gave the deposit too???

The contractors did not analyze the job correctly, order or brought wrong size gutters. Could no do job setup for the day. Return the next day to do work. Charge additional $25.00 for new size gutters.

Unfortunately the setup would not work with the gutters purchased which was not forseen. Instead of just doing the job, and collecting the money. We gave Christine what she needed for the home for an additional $25. In retrospect, I wish we did not charge an extra $25. I did not think the extra cost was a big deal! I guess it was. I try to be as fair as possible. I am sorry Christine wasn't happy with our service, but we did the right thing!!

These men work very hard and took their time to do my job correctly. I had a wasp hive while they were doing the installation. One of the gentleman was stung and had to be rushed to the hospital. He came back two days later and finish the job. I was so impressed just with his dedication and my gutters look amazing and they gave me the lowest bid.
