they put the gutter up incorrectly the first time fixed it the folling work day

I needed half round gutters, so they needed to be ordered (not standard k-style). No problem there, but it took a while. I had to call for updates. Would prefer them to call me or even easier send text/email with updates. That's the only reason for dinging them .5 off of a 5. Quality was great.
