Quote was written incorrect therfore downspout put in wrong place and caused pretty significant water damage in my 5 year old son's room. They did rectify all damage and put down spout in correct spot. The project did get completed, I am still in the process of painting my son's room.
Response from Company:
The water damage was caused by an improperly installed condensation pipe. Since we disrupted it, we fixed all issues and paid for the painting to be done. We feel that we went above and beyond what was required of us and deserve a better rating.
