Gutter Gurus did an excellent job installing our brand new gutter and downspouts. The only negative thing I have to say about them is that in the original estimate, we agreed to one price and then because of the guy that came out to do the estimate, he forgot to add on the cost of the downspouts even though it was included in the writing. Completely his fault and they did appoligize, but I just thought they should have let me go on the cost of them since it was there faul. Other than that though, they did a great job and the gutters work great with the gutter protection system.

When they left after installing my new gutters they left my outside looking cleaner then before they came. The workers were very knowledgeable and professional explaining what they were going to do before they started and also pointing out everything they did when they finished.

Pros - Top quality work performed by a friendly staff at a low price. Cons - Did not perform work on the scheduled date.

Unfortunately we are not able to install rain gutters while it is raining. The end caps and mitre boxes will not seal correctly.

Job was done professionally, neat & clean and they did exactly what I asked for. I will use their services again, however, the only issue is there was no communication on their part from the time they initially came to evaluate the job to the actual day they showed up. The job was to be done within 2 weeks of our initial meeting. I had to call them at least 2 times to find out when they were going to do the work and they could only approximate the week, not and exact date; one day they just showed up at my door step.
