Initially I had problems with a dehumidifier and drain hose were leaking because they were not properly installed. I wrote a one star review based on that. However, since then JES responded to my complaint and Brian came out and did a thorough job of installing a drain system for my dehumidifier, I was also impressed by a follow up phone call about my review and the subsequent work. I have upgraded my review of JES.

I have a large basement - ever since Hurricane Sandy I have had water leakage into the basement after a big rain - which continued to get worse. JES installed an internal drain system that is working great! The installation crew of Mizael, Cedrick, Dionte and Keenan did an excellent job of professionally installing the drain and cleaning up afterwards. They were very responsive to my questions and concerns. -- Wish I did this 5 years ago!

The repair team of Kade and James Monell were fantastic. They are knowledgeable, courteous and meticulous in the work. I was extremely pleased with quality and care they took in this job. Jared Smith, the sales rep, was exceptionally helpful in coordinating the work and recommending the right solution to my foundation issue. I am very pleased with the overall outcome.

Tony Powell, John Prillamon and Marquis Ellsworth installed IntelliJacks under our our house. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Most of our interaction was with Tonyà ¢à  à  he was very good at keeping us informed about when they would be here and where they were in each step of the process. They were also very accommodating as to our schedule. After completion of the job Tony showed us pictures and explained exactly what they had done. We would definitely recommend JES. Thanks

We had Eric Smith, Jacob Muller and William Fanning show up this morning. Eric called and told me when they would arrive and briefed me on what they were going to do once he and his crew arrived. They were totally professional and did an outstanding job. And left no mess. My wife and I barely knew they were there. Simply a pleasure to deal with. Great crew with good work ethics.
