I interviewed a total of four contractors and picked JES due knowledge, warrantee and cost. They stated that their typical mobilization date would be approximately weeks and arrived in within that time period.

We had JES install a dehumidifier in our basement to control humidity and avoid mold from forming. Brandon Cruz worked long and hard inspecting the situation and informing us of what needed to be done. Pleased with his professionalism, knowledge and skills.

Seth Gross, Dean Hatcher, Austin Wheeler, Devon Miles, and Chris Green worked overtime to make sure the job was completed as promised. They cleaned up nicely.They were polite and respectful.

My experience with JES was very positive and professional. The initial assessment was timely, courteous, and the options were explained in detail. The scheduling of the actual work was within a reasonable time. The crew of Austin C, Devante T, and Justin S arrived on time and got busy immediately. My job was performed on the outside of the foundation and required digging down to the problem area, so they showed pictures of what they had done and subsequently covered back up. Would definitely recommend this company.

The crew members of Terrell f , Jordan E, Brandon W, supper visor Jonathan G, jerrot , took good actions on water proofing my crawl space , they worked fast and clean and made the crawl space look brand new, I love the work they did and I recommend this crew to anyone in need of service .

I had the basement taken care of by JES about 3 years ago, and this year they came and performed the annual system inspection. The service tech, Derrick Schmidt, was extremely professional and not only performed the inspection in an efficient manner, but also answered my questions and explained options for future basement care. I would definitely recommend JES to anyone with a basement issue. The work done has kept the basement dry and comfortable, with no problems.
