John Stone did the initial assessment and explained our options including financing. Alfonso Cobos and Mihail Gadjelor installed basement gutters and supports to stabilize our front porch. They were responsive and kept us informed of schedule adjustments. All JES employees were clearly experienced and answered any questions we had.

They tried to hustle me out of money, the exact reason as a woman I ask my adult son to be there, but of course he wasn't when they tried this. They bragged about the bonus they would get for finishing the job Wednesday. They accidently cut the watermain (and accidents happen) but they falsified the picture they sent to me and they were not honest about water being turned off. Super tried to be super nice but after meeting with me went a whole week with no contact. Very disappointing.

I contacted the company about a minor moisture issue a couple of years ago. They advised me to do some work that cost me about $12K to complete. I trusted them as experts in their field and so agreed to the work. Now a couple of years later, the same problem emerged. I contacted the company who sent out a tech to evaluate the situation. He said that the original work had not included everything it should have and that it would cost an additional several thousand dollars to correct. I am appalled that the company would not stand behind their work-only offering a10% discount on the corrective measures that should have been done originally.

Had my patio leveled. They did a great job. Very pleased.

The guys were courteous and they worked fast. Cleanup was great. I am very satisfied with JES Foundation Repair.

Michael, Deron and Steven did a great job waterproofing our basement. They worked hard, paid attention to the details and got the job done. They were very polite and professional. I would have no reservations recommending them to someone needing their services. Great job guys!

I was extremely impressed with the very fine service I recieved from J.E.S. Foundation Repair, Salem, Va. They installed a French drain behind my house and across a portion of my yard in Oct. 2021. They were very professional and courteous from the rep they sent to assess the situation to the very efficient appointment updates as to when they would start the job. The crew called ahead when they were on the way and arrived right on time and also finished the job on time. Names of the crew as follows: Forman : Nathan Patterson and Calvin Coffee Co-Formen : Luke Morris, James Spencer, and Joseph Reid Installer : Antonius " Venom " Campbell All very respectful , efficient, and courteous workers and were very carefull not to damage my property as they worked.
