On the initial consultation, Michael Burgess took his time, not only with the inspection itself but in educating me about all of the issues and possible solutions. He worked with me to get the most for my money. Mike also stopped by during the construction process to make sure things were being taken care of properly. I felt like he cared about my house as much as I did. Mike made this process much less scary. Jose Rodriguez, the foreman, Francisco, and Joseph were here for five days of really hard work. There was a ton of cleanup to be done in my crawl space, the joists needed to be replaced and the house needed to be lifted as the floors were sagging. Jose s team was always on time, communicated with me about what work was being done and when. They were even nice about leaving the area for a while so I could let my dogs out in the yard each day. Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with JES.

Jack Hill was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He was able to discuss options with me and we made the best decision for my project. I would request Jack Hill again to come to my home for projects.

The initial work of raising our foundation was July 2018, and they did an excellent job. This most recent work today was for them to return for a large area of dirt settlement. Tyler English arrived and worked real hard in replacing the settled dirt with 30 bags of dirt, making two trips with his truck and tamping it down. He made sure the grounds were as he found it. Before that, I should write, he measured the level of the foundation and all was in alignment. Really good job Tyler - thank you.

These five stars are more specifically aimed towards the excellent emergency carpentry work of Robert F. and Mark G. Not only did these two men find problems that were overseen, they went out of their way to resolve them so that the foundation and sub-floor was secure. Courteous, neat and knowledgeable, they thoroughly explained the work needed while they performed a last-minute job. Oh, did I mention that they fought through holiday traffic on the Saturday 3 days before Christmas? Our hope is that they can return before the completion of this job to ensure that everything is done and done correctly. Well done Robert & Mark! Thanks!

Chris Green, Sherwarren Fleming, Chaunye Smith and Bobby Scott were an excellent team. They knew what they were doing and explained every step to us. They worked hard each day, and each person knew their respective role. Chris listened to our specific needs and adapted the work plan to meet our concerns with the water management in our basement. The work was finished on time and the crew cleaned up wonderfully.
