Great service, quick to respond, did everything he said he would and did it with a smile. Our inspector was Ian and, eventhough he ended up shorthanded on the day of our inspection, he made good on his commitment. Arrived exactly when he said he would, took his time while performing structural inspection, and provided a clear, concise report of his findings. I'll be using Evergreen for the next house I buy.

Professional and easy to work with. Gave plenty of time to for asking and answering questions. They provided a no-rush service which was great. Cost is just a tad bit high, however, the engineer who worked on the project had a very impressive resume.
