I was told by other homeowners to get quotes on foundation repair but I wasn't exactly sure if that was what I needed. I decided to try and find a structural engineer and I am glad I did. After Ian's analysis, he pointed out where the problem areas were and other suggestions that he thought would work. Foundation repair was not ruled out but he offered other suggestions to try first that were more cost friendly . We are still waiting for the report but I am very satisfied so far and have an idea what needs to be done other than foundation repair.

This was a very positive experience. From the time of my service request, there was an appointment confirmation, then a follow-up closer to the appointment time. Both engineers were professional. The report was specific about what needed to be done to fix the problem and what could be done to reduce the risk of occurrence. Thank you!
