Their engineer confirmed what we suspected. Our home is not experiencing any new distress with its foundation and there is no current need for additional repairs. Very thorough, they took time to fully explain their findings and answer our questions.

Cliff was exceptional and thorough in his structural engineering report on my foundation. I had been told by a foundation company that I needed foundation repair. I hesitated to get this repair so I decided to check with a pro. Turns out I did not need foundation repair at all. The cost was well work the benefit. I saved thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs that would have cause more issues. Very happy and I recommend that anyone considering foundation repair hire a structural engineer to check their foundation first - an independent structural engineer not tied to a foundation repair company.

I was in a rush to get a structural engineering report for a foundation on a house we were looking to purchase. I contacted 3 firms with earliest available dates ranging from 1 week to a month and a half. Ian was able to complete the report outside of business hours to get me the information required prior to the expiration of my option period. Based upon the information provided by Ian we were able to make the best decision about how to proceed with our purchase.

Ian did an fantastic job. The lender for the home I was buying dropped on me three days before we were to go to closing that I needed a structural engineer to inspect the foundation. Ian was able to come out quickly and turn around a report for me the same day he did the inspection. And, I felt like he was very knowledgeable. He explained things in a way that I could understand, not being knowledgeable myself in this area. I highly recommend Ian.
