I have hired Evergreen 3 times now for a detailed foundation inspection: twice on our existing home, and once on a home we were to buy. Not only was their price very reasonable, but the customer service was impeccable and the detail put into their report was even more so. They provided a detailed mapping of the elevation differences, cracks, etc, as well as a comprehensive evaluation of the status of the foundation and gave steps to remediate any issues. They take their work very seriously, giving the appropriate engineering verbiage in the report, but also took the time to then sit down and explain the details in layman's terms to us. The reports were delivered in a timely fashion afterward, and were easy to read and understand even for a non-engineer.

Ian was very professional and patient with all our questions and concerns. He explained his recommendations to us and he sent a full report of his findings and recommendations which were straight-forward and understandable. He saved us from jumping off the deep end with a foundation company before the primary problems were addressed. We certainly will recommend him to anyone with foundation issues.

These guys are awesome! They knew I was short on time with my option period for a home purchase so the scheduled me in the next morning. They arrived on time and gave me a complete report of the structure, with precise drawings. They followed up with a phone call to see if I had any questions. Very professional !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect response and communication from Ian. I was in Florida when Ian inspected our proposed Texas home. He called from the home midway through, to give an initial report. That was helpful as we were able to discuss his findings and better direct him to the most important issues. I would rehire Ian in a blink and will likely stay in touch with him
