Ian sat down with me and explained the proper care of our soil around our home. He outlined the preventative maintenance we could be doing to insure that we never have foundation problems in the future. He provided his Engineer's Report promptly and it was extremely thorough. I really appreciated the work he and his team did.

Brad and an assistant (sorry I forgot her name) came out and did a very thorough evaluation of our situation. Explained very clearly some of the root causes of the situation and prioritized solutions that should provide the most benefit. I would highly recommend.

The evaluation was very thorough and we were happy to learn that our 40 year old foundation only suffered from the severe weather changes. They educated us on foundation care to prevent future issues. My only negative was the amount of time it took to actually receive the report.

Ian came out the same day I submitted the request through home advisor. He did a thorough walk through of the outside and inside of my home and took elevation numbers of the foundation. After he was done, he went through all of his findings and explained to me what my foundation was doing and the steps needed to prevent and possibly reverse movement in the house. When I recieved his written report it was well written and detailed along with pictures and diagrams of what we spoke about. I will now start to implement some of his steps to help the foundation of my home.

We needed to evaluate which walls are load bearing in our home. We were able to get a full evaluation of the home for a fair price. They were accommodating to my schedule and the work was done efficiently.

I had 5 foundation repair companies give an estimate on what I needed to do to correct a structural issue with my slab foundation and each estimate was different on what I needed to have done. After talking to several companies, I made an appointment with Evergreen Structures (primarily because of the information I was given by the person who answered my call). The Evergreen engineer was extremely thorough and after a structural review of my home, took the time necessary to explain his findings and what was needed to be done to correct it.
