I was very pleased at the promptness in which I was contacted. Arrived at my home within a half hour. Explained what he would look for. Went up and checked the roof and when he finished, came down and gave me an estimate of the cost of repairs. I agreed to the terms and he went right to work. Very professional.

Priced way too high! Had to have it done fast and paid for it! Update as of 12/22..Charged over $600 to fix the leak with Caulking . took 20 minutes. Came out twice more after rains because leak was not fixed. Rained Saturday , roof still leaks . I have called someone else that hopefully knows what they are doing. He tries to sell you on a maintenance contract , says he has to call the owner to lower price . Fake phone conversation!! The next time out he told me he was the owner. Watch out for this guy!!!!!

Frank arrived in a timely manner and was able to give a quote and complete the work in the same day. It might have been a little on the high side, but he performed quality work and put in the extra work and didn’t take shortcuts like some contractors. I would highly recommend his services.

Frank was very personable and listened to my needs for the repair project. He was very patient in doing the initial walk-through. The questions I asked him prior to giving me an estimate were answered thoroughly without hesitation. Frank made sure to include all issues in the project for the estimate and made sure I had a full understanding of what he was quoting for the project. He had no problem with clarifying any and all aspects of his quote. I requested he wait for my decision as to assigning who would get the job as I was getting other quotes to make sure I get the right person to complete the work, and he had no problem. Other companies included in this process added such urgency they wanted me to make a decision on the spot. Frank allowed me to complete my process of selecting the right person. Once I selected Same-Day Emergency Roofing I was placed on their calendar immediately. The work was completed in one day. The gentleman doing the bulk of the work was expedient and courteous. He began working before I knew he had arrived. I was able to go on with my regular day as the work was being done. After completion of the work, Frank and I did another walk-through to make sure the agreed upon work was to my satisfaction. Everything looked great, I am satisfied, and it has since rained with each of my leaks thoroughly repaired. I feel my home is made sturdier with the repair work completed. I am more than happy with the work, their commitment to excellence, and the pricing. I recommend this vendor for your roofing repair needs.

Great expectation

TL;DR: Fast response on initial call, made good on his warranty repair guarantee though time to respond for warranty could have been a bit better. To be fair, the warranty work DID coincide with the recent hurricane that blew through, so a delay is certainly understandable, and when a crew was dispatched for the repair they arrived on time and completed the work quickly, and to date, sufficiently. My house is a three story pseudo-town home which is a bit more difficult to access than most residential properties, so with that in mind, the price provided was quite fair when compared to bids from competitors. Ultimately, I would recommend Frank to anyone, as he is quite a friendly fellow.
