Frank was very responsive. Price was quoted and was acceptable. Repairs were quick, and the roofers that came out allowed me to climb up and inspect after the plywood was cut out. They sprayed bleach on the area inside sofet. Replaced everything and roof is now back to normal. Good guys that did the work. Frank did call and give me a price also to renail and reseal all the pipes and flashing on entire roof. This would eliminate any leaks arou d those areas in the future since the silicone that was on there was older. All in all good job, price point way better than anyone else that quoted. Thanks Frank..

Friendly and professional. Not only did they located and repair an active roof leak, they spotted and repaired other damaged areas of the roof that could have been the cause of more water damage.
