Same-Day Emergency Roof Repair

Dissatisfied with this company. I paid for a roof repair, and while the job was done quickly, it wasn?t done correctly. I?ve been trying to contact Frank to come back out since my warranty is still valid, but I?ve been ignored. I would not recommend them to anyone. Looking back, the first red flag should?ve been that they aren?t Angi approved and now I can see why.

The contractor scheduled an inspection and then texted. I called and he assured me that our roof was good, but could use minor repair. We received their bid which we accepted. They got to work on the required maintenance and we asked about rain gutter installation. That was done yesterday. Overall, we were happy with the contractor, Frank Montes. He seemed honest and personal as well as competent in dealing with our roof situation.

Frank showed up within a few hours of our call, walked around the roof and gave me an honest assessment with the repairs that needed to be made without trying to oversell what needed to be completed. Upon agreed price, he started the work immediately and finished the same day. While he and his team were working, two other companies showed up and tried to quote me a whole new roof without doing any inspection. Thank you to Frank and his team!

Frank did a thorough assessment at the site of the observed leak as well as the overall condition and other leak points. All observed leak points in scope were addressed, one wooden plank was replaced with hardiplank. Good clean-up of leaves accumulated under existing solar panels. His crew worked effectively. Impressive response time and diligence. He also guaranteed the maintenance areas for two years.

Amazing got help on the same day I called. Frank came around noon and his worker at 4:15 and they got the job done in just a few of hours. For what needed done on my roof, was reasonable price. Will use him again if another weather related issue with my roof happens again.

Same Day Service! Extensive repairs done to shingles including replacing some backboard and even coating all pipes with special paint. Very, very Happy with work done.
