Professional and Honest. I actually wrote the check for $100 more than the quote and Frank pointed it out to me. He could have easily kept that and I would never have known. Honesty is so refreshing. Frank is an honest man and does excellent work!

I went in Angies list to find roofing repair companies highly recommended at 7:15 pm on Saturday evening. I requested the top three companies give me quotes, Frank called me within 5 minutes of the request and scheduled a appointment for the following day, he showed up on time and walked the roof with me and explain why the roof leaked and how he would repair the leaks. Monday morning (Labor day) he showed with with his crew and made the repairs, he also found an additional spot needed repaired and fixed as well at the original quote. Frank did an awesome job and I highly recommend his company!!!!

It seems that he over charged me, I think because i was inexperienced and a woman and with the hurricane coming. I felt like he overcharged me.

Fast, dependable and reasonable service. We had the work done professionally and with great explanations of the remedy for our roof situation. My neighbor asked if his roof could be maintained after our job was completed. Yes, the work was completed for our neighnor too. I highly recommend this company for anything roof-related.

I think Frank was very responsive and professional. We scheduled a time to meet and he was there as promised. I will echo that the quote was a bit on the high side compared to what I have paid in the past for another resident. However, I do take into consideration the driving distance of the rural area but even when you factor that into the equation still a bit high. That being said, I still agreed to have him perform the work and there is a 2- year guarantee of his work. - Mel
