Cleaning was ok. I've seen better results with other products but those vendors were booked. They showed up slightly late and found out after they had a summer special for entire house but didn't even mention it. Job was decent. I would probably how again if my regular cleaner was not available but not as a first choice

We talked about using a dry cleaning method over the phone for my wool rug and I was quoted a price that seemed high but I agreed because it was a special rug. I was not present when the rug was cleaned but my husband was told that they would have to clean the rug with water and not solvents because it was wool. This is the exact opposite of what was discussed over the phone. The price remained the same, even though the rug was cleaned with water and not dry cleaned. I assumed the price would be cheaper for water.

yes we did talk about dry cleaning and a price was given but when I arrived and inspected the rug it was so heavy soiled that dry cleaning would not have gotten out enough dirt so I did get approval from the husband to do a more expensive cleaning at no additional cost to the customer and it was also twice as much work and I was told it was a good job. customer was more concerned in the manner of cleaning than the results of the cleaning.
