he was competent and our upholstery was cleaned perfecrtly, but he left a poor lasting impression as a not so very happy person, and we probably will not use him again based on that

Owner extremely nice & through in explanations. He explained all senarios of cost before he came. He did a semi deep clean of carpets & within hours it threw me into a horrible allergy attack. He called back right away & came as soon as he could to spray them again for free. I'm still not pleased with smell. Owner offered to come back 1 more time & steam clean for free, just havent' had the time to schedule. He's suggested a severe deep clean, but I cannot afford it at this time. Haven't had much experience with carpet cleaners, so I don't know if this is typical. I recently moved here, so don't know how long it's been since last cleaning.

many different kinds of cleaners were used over the years for spot cleanings. there is know way to know . but its very rare.

Mark and his son did an excellent job. They were professional and very thorough. I would like to see one set price for the whole house instead of each thing (stairs, basement, etc.) separate, but that's throughout the whole industry.

Representative arrived at my home in the estimated timeframe and executed an outstanding cleaning application on a grease-stained silk chair. I had great concerns regarding the outcome due to the delicate nature of the chair's material. Lo and behold, the stain was removed successfully without compromising the chair's color or fabric texture. Mark was a thoughtful, and thorough professional with considerable expertise and I plan to utilize his services for future rug cleaning in my home.
