Mark and Dave are very friendly and knowledgeable in the area of their expertise. They arrived at the promised time (most of our contractors don't!) and finished the job on time as well. Mark is very detailed and delivers what he promise. If you are in the market for carpet cleaning I would recomend Mark and Dave. The price is reasonable and comparable, and only a slight more than DIY cost.

I had a carpet cleaning situation that I needed handled immediately. The owner, Mark, called me back first thing after I sent an email and was at my house that day. He was helpful, honest, and affordable. The carpets looked great, way better than I expected, and they dried the same day.

The service was excellent. Mark came on time, explained what he was going to do, and the end result was perfect. He carefully reviewed the bill with me, and made sure I understand everything. He was professional and curteous.

Mark was very thorough and knowledgable. My carpets, although older, came out much cleaner than they had with other services in the past. Mark was also very personable, and that goes a long way with the consumer. Overall he did a good job.

Great guy to talk to and work with but if I knew I was paying to only have my carpets watered down and sucked dry I NEVER would have used him. NOT one stain was removed !!! My bissel rug cleaner did a much better job. What a waste of $$$$. Had to call another company in to clean them the right way and it cost me less than this guy. Now they look like new.
