Mark was a really good sport about having to get to my house via my pontoon boat and then having to drag his 50 lbs of equipment up about 40 uneven stone steps to my 1902 house on an island in the middle of a lake. I was quite surprised at how much lighter and brighter my 20-year-old sofas looked when Mark was finished dry cleaning them. I'm happy!

Mark immediately responded to my inquiry, gave me a quote over the phone based on the fabric content, and we scheduled an appointment. The other professional didn't call back for a few days. While the appointment did not start promptly, he was courteous and professional and worked very hard, hand scrubbing two recliners and a sofa, as well as a standard synthetic area rug. Since I had him here and my stairs and landings were in dire need as well, he did that also. I have a few bedrooms to clean also, and he gave me a good price for them, so I have scheduled a come-back at the end of this month. Good carpet and upholstery cleaning services are not cheap, but a lot of sweat and hard work went into the process, and we are quite satisfied with the results.

Mark was the first and only call I got when I searched your site for dryer hose cleaning. I figured no one would care to handle a small job , especially at the peak of the Christmas Season, but Mark did- and he SAVED our lives. And I mean literally, SAVED our lives. He came two days later to vacuum our dryer hose and found out that the vent hole where the hose dryer blows out was covered by the new sidings we had installed which could have caused a deadly fire!! Mark saved our lives, - God sent! Mark went above and beyond his duty - he opened it up and screened the hole . What is amazing is that this guy did not have to come for such a small
