    Mr.Mark the carpet cleaning professional was very friendly , well experienced and knowledgeable about what he does. Very truthful and open about what he will do, what doesn't come under his scope of work, what stains can and can't be removed. Though my home was more in square feet area he did not over charge me. More than all this he was very genuine and even gave suggestions for other minor jobs how it could be done.

    Overall the carpet was cleaner. However the high traffic areas still seemed noticeably different in color even though we got the pre-treatment. We were told prior that this might be the case. Sprayed some Fantastic on it afterwards, then blotted it. This seemed to get some of the excess dirt up.
