Mark was on time, professional and friendly. The carpets came out very clean - better than I'd thought. He was very respectful of my request to be careful of my pet - a cat - not to let her run out the door. He also explains everything well.

He did tell us that he wouldn't be able to get ALL the stains out but he didn't get any of the stains out....we had him do the extra cleaning and sanatizing on an area where our dog had an accident...when the windows are shut we still smell it so that didn't work either...at $275 we had hoped it would of turned out better.....we did call and he said when he was in the area he would stop by....we will see...

Engaged Deep Clean to clean and sanitize all HVAC vents as well as unclog a plugged dryer vent. Marc performed a professional job with minimal disruption to household activities. He went above and beyond to unplug the dryer vent. While ultimately unsuccessful, he tried every option and piece of equipment at his disposal to complete the job. I would highly recommend him to any other potential customers.

I have dealt with Mark in the past and he provided excellent service. I had more of difficult cleaning job this time and, unfortunately, some stains and smells (urine) could not be removed. I was hoping the smells in particular could have been alleviated.
