The project went extremely smoothly. The team was very responsible, clean, and did a remarkable job! My wife and I are very pleased with the results. Shane is easy to work with (constant communication, clear in stating what needs to be done, and always courteous to the client's needs).

Generally speaking, all went very well.   Shane started the project on time and it was great to come home each day and see all that had been accomplished!   He did very good installation work - is careful with details  and managed some tricky corners in ways that we are very happy with.   Although there were a couple of delays along the journey, these were not Shane's fault.    (There was a custom measured cabinet that was made incorrectly by the cabinet company, so there was a delay while that was fixed.)  He was persistent in getting the error fixed and getting the cabinet installed to our liking.   He was very responsive to text messages and phone calls, and was quick to keep us posted with any questions or concerns on his end.   We will definitely call him again if we have home improvement needs.

Shane is definitely one of the good guys. Before the work started, he was responsive and attentive. He gave me an honest, reasonable estimate and he stuck to it. The job involved installing the range hood, bringing electricity to the hood, running ductwork up through the attic, hiding the duct with custom drywall and paint, and installing a vent on the roof. Since the job required so many discrete steps, Shane subcontracted some of it to licensed experts (electrician, roofer, HVAC). He managed it all himself, at no additional cost to me, and saved me the headache of doing it myself. Plus he knew who the good guys were to bring in ? I would not have known. And when one of them charged us more than Shane thought was reasonable, he ate the difference, leaving the original estimate intact. He and his workers were clean and courteous, they paid meticulous attention to detail, and left no mess. As promised, he got it done before Christmas! I will absolutely hire them again.

I was very happy with the work. We had repoured a concrete base of 5-6 inches. Shane drilled into the foundation and bracketed the posts to the concrete. Shane got the necessary permits for the construction, and offered advice on modifications we could make to the porch to extend it without additional cost to us, due to sizing of the wood involved. He also provided information as to the upkeep of the porch. Although it was a small job for them, I always felt that Shane took the time to answer my questions, and do the job professionally. Because they were extremely busy, we had some difficulty in scheduling the work, but it all worked out eventually. I would definitely recommend this company for any deck/porch work you might have.

Shane and his staff removed our old cabinets and tile backsplash in one day and even had time to start installation of the new ones on the same day. They arranged for someone to purchase our old cabinets. They spent the next few days installing the new cabinets, countertops, and backsplash. They completed the work by Thursday. Shane and his team were courteous, professional, and dilligent through all aspects of the work. We couldn't be happier with the efficiency and knowledge they displayed in every aspect of the remodel and the quality of the work was impeccable. They also cleaned up as much as possible at the end of each day and even our cat and dog thought they were fantastic. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is considering a remodel. This was our second project with Shane and we're looking forward to a third.

The process was very easy.  Shane is very attentive to details and makes the process as minimally problematic as possible.  First, there was a time set up for an estimate, measurements were taken.  This was free, and the estimate was e-mailed to me within 3-4 business days.  Included in the conversation about the estimate was information about where I could go to purchase the tile/grout/sealant that would provide a good cost for high quality products.  The company is in high demand, so I did have a little wait from when I contacted them to when they were able to get me in the schedule, but it was communicated up front and I was willing to wait for them. When it was time to start the project, the crew was on time and ready to go.  Unfortunately, there were a few unforeseen complications that slowed progress, but didn't add to my overall bill, and they were communicated to me as they happened.  All in all, it took about 8 business days to get the floors finished to Shane's satisfaction, and it was well worth the time and effort!  The floors look amazing, and the underfloor heating has been lovely on these cold recent days.  My dog (a greyhound) loves the additional warmth.  Oh, and that's another great thing, on days that I wasn't able to be at the house while the crew was working, they would take the dog outside to relieve himself before they left!  The whole crew really seemed to go the extra mile to make sure that this project was as smooth as possible.

It went really well.  I was on the wait list for a while but that's because he is in such demand.  Only took him a couple hours to get everything done.  He made sure that the door fit in the frame correctly and that everything lined up.  You can really tell he knows what he's doing.  He also gave me the option of framing the door myself and telling me t the best way to go about it before just doing it and charging me anyway.  Very impressed with his professionalism and his speed and quality of work.

Shane was very responsive to our request. He provided the necessary contacts for all of our remodel needs. He told us it would take about a month and he was almost exactly on time for completion. Although it was a long 4 weeks, we felt like it was worth the results.
