Shane is very professional, takes pride in his work, has a good deal of experience and it shows in the finished product. He is also is easy to work with which was welcome as this was our first major remodel. Shane made recommendations for the cabinet designer, electrician and plumbing and they were also all pros who were easy to work with and would use again for regular maintenance work.

Shane and his crew were diligent, careful and paid attention to detail. As any remodel goes, we ran into some unforeseen issues. Shane was very helpful in explaining the issues and helping to resolve them painlessly. We plan on hiring Custom Home Updates for some of our other projects!

Really great work done by Shane Moseley. Shane discussed about the type of door I need installed and provided me several options depending on price. He was prompt in the installation and the job was done in 1 day (including painting the door, putting the hardware in, and installing it). Although he was busy, he worked with me on the schedule and even came in a Saturday to get the work done. Certainly recommend hiring Shane and his crew for any interior jobs you need.

Shane and Shannon were great. Detail was important to them and it looks fantastic. We did our own demo to save time and they laid the tile, flooring and marble.
