This was a large project with some structural challenges. The Cronkhite crew showed exceptional skill and attention to detail, as well as being friendly and professional. This 30 year old house now looks brand-new, thanks to their fine work. It is gratifying to see such dedication to service and pride in accomplishment. I couldn't be more pleased.

We had a bit of a rocky start when using this company but once everything was said and done, we were pleased with the work completed. We had a solar exhaust fan installed in our home and the only suggestion I would make is for the company to take their time in explaining how to use the fan and how it works because I still don't understand how to use it. Overall, they did a good job and we are happy.

We love our new deck. Dale was great to work with, very professional and excited about his products. The workmanship and materials used are amazing. This deck is built to last. The only issue we had was the project ran a little slower than originally projected. But that was worth it since the deck is so amazing. Thanks guys for a fabulous deck.

Honesty is all-important, as are promises kept. Dale and his deck team told the truth about their product, from Dale's interview to the last screw that he drove after it was overlooked. Final grades will come after the wood cures over the winter and the team returns as promised to deal with the results, but he replaced two posts when we requested a mid-project review. Can't ask for more at this point.

Materials used were top notch. Would have liked to have seen my gutter down spouts installed straight. Likely misaligned due to a rush to complete the job. Could use more attention to details but the siding really changed the looks of my house for the better.

Very happy with our new deck & pergola. Dale was extremely professional & easy to deal with. His initial presentation was very impressive & thorough. It was like dealing with a friend. He was extremely patient & listened to our every concern. We have had lots & lots of compliments on the finished product. Would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks!!
