Very professional and very attentive to what we wanted and presented the product we purchased so we saw exactly what we were paying for. Dale the owner was at our house several times during the process to see how things were progressing and constantly in touch with his staff. Very pleasurable experience.

We had a great experience with Cronkhite Home Solutions! We had a semi inground pool installed and needed ideas for either a deck or concrete around the pool. Dale Cronkhite came to our home and showed us the ideas they came up with, all drawn out and measured to scale. We immediately said yes,and in the time frame they promised, the deck and railings, fence and concrete were completed. The workmanship on the entire project was top notch and absolutely beautiful! We are now in the works of having other projects done next year and will recommend them to everyone. Dale Cronkhite has been great at following up with us, as well, much appreciated!

The contractor was quick to come back when he had not yet been paid and did so soon after, but he has not been back to fix more things that I have found since then despite my multiple requests for him to do so. He also did not give me the waiver of lien I requested three times..
Response from Company:
The waiver of lien the customer provided was signed and sent back. There were a few minor things that needed attended to which included a couple of wood spindles that had split or bowed and a hand rail that needed replaced. These were fixed within a short period after completing the project. The customer was notified that we were going to wait to allow more curing time and do another inspection and complete any required service. This is so that we can replace any spindle or deck board that might warp out replaced which is covered under the 2 year warranty that we provide. As always we will always stand behind our work.

Prompt visit by the sales team. Worked with us to get a price that seemed reasonable. Installers showed up late and had forgotten key equipment (light, ladder, cooling fan). Installers told us they were putting in the fiberglass we'd contracted. After job complete we noticed attic didn't have 6" coverage, as contracted, but 0-2 inches - and the wrong material (cellulose instead of fiberglass). Had to take additional time off work to sort out with company and get second installer team out to put in correct material. Company didn't offer a discount for our trouble. Hot weekend followed and the garage was not cool and comfy as promised.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience. The installation crew took the wrong machine and material. We discovered upon our team arriving at the jobsite that following weds. Which the homeowner requested. When we discovered that the insulation was cellulose we immidiately removed all of the insulation and then applied the fiberglass material with more than 6" and reapplied the reflective insulation that was correct and correctly done. We never want to have a mistake happen, but we will always stand behind our work and make it right. This was all corrected within 3 working days from the day of original installation.

Installed reflective radiant barrier - - Gained approximately 5 degrees on cooling effectiveness. On 97 degree days, our home would be at 83 degrees with A/C running full time. Now, at 97 degrees, it gets to 78 degrees with A/C running full time and set on 74 degrees.
