Rory is really a good salesman and writes down in the contract what he says. It gets done that way. Fred is an Pro. He worked when the wind came up, the snow was blowing and it got down to about 1 degree. He asked if they were doing the job to our satisfaction numerous times and changed several things we didn't care for without an increase in price. Carl helped Fred and was nearly as diligent as Fred. The people in the office were as efficient as I have seen also. I worked construction for nearly 10 years, some time ago. I would recommend this Company and these people without hesitation. Thanks for everything.

Basement egress: our egress was excavated entirely by hand; and, only partially aligned with the existing basement window because of wall reinforcement anchors. This required extra work and flexibility. It was cold, wet, and snowy. My grass was protected from digging and dirt pile, and wheelbarrow traffic; the entire project was protected from the cold and wet weather. Our special requirements were handled with 100% customer focus. This egress project required knowledge, preparation, flexibility, and many skills that are required for building an entire home. We would recommend them for any egress project. From our observation we would expect them to do a fine job on any project that they accept.

They are difficult to reach for continued care. I was promised someone would come back to do some finishing touches, but no one did. The work crew was great- aftercare, not so much.
