I was very upset with this company, I had them out once before for a quote and they were way to expensive, this time they came out (same guy) Rory and he gave me a quote I could handle. So I said ok, as soon as I said that he wanted half up front. I should have backed out then. But I didn't, they gave me a time spread of 8-16 weeks. They came on the 16th week which meant they came the day after Thanksgiving ripped my old deck and stairs out leaving my dogs no way to get in and out of the yard and then left.then 2 days later some guy came and put wood against my house until the crew got then to start working. They never called to tell me they were coming or leaving.Then the work on it was not good. the wood decorative spindle everyone of them has a split in it.The screw were not screwed in all the way. One guy on the crew tried to help screw some of the screws back in for me but my wood was uneven and split in alot of places.I had asked them to fill the holes that were in front of my old deck when they dug the new holes. Sales men even added to the contract.Instead of filling the holes with the dirt they poured sand in the holes now I have all kinds of ground bees in my yard in that sand that I never had before. I am sorry but I can't recommend this company.

The installation has not started yet, said 6 to 8 weeks due to present circumstances but the estimator that came out was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly, also ordered some window repacements

Sales - No pressure, very professional and friendly. The sales professional was very knowledgeable and helpful with great ideas. Cost was within our budget. Service - They were on schedule. Installers were professional, courteous and clean. Removed and replaced old slider without any damage to our newly installed hardwood floors. We had a small trim issue and they promptly returned to fix. We were very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend Cronkite to anyone that is considering a home improvement project.
