Thank you to Andy and his team at Cronkite Solutions for my Beautiful. New Axel deck. I had been putting off this project for a few years and wish I would have contacted them sooner. We started with prices of a four seasons room on an existing deck which would included 2 walls. Room size 7x14, because of the price we decided to go with a 3 seasons room.We put down a deposit and was told it normally takes 4 to 6 weeks, after 6 weeks the products to build the 3 seasons room did not come, so the company did order product for a 4 seasons room and started installation at no extra cost to us. Andy was our sales rep and is very, very helpful above and beyond. Except for the length of time it took, its not exactly what we wanted but it looks great.

Would not recommend this contractor or sub contractors. Trim is hanging down and coming off windows, soffit is hanging and the corners look horrible. Siding piece is too short and interior wall is visible. Could not get a hold of the original salesman to come check my house out when in progress, the guy always would come up with excuses, not HAPPY at all! And, Cronkhite was too busy to come to my house to go over my complaints. I not like complaining but this has to be the most unprofessional job ever done...

Tom we apologize we were unaware of any additional issues. We completed your project in the Spring of 2018 and you had requested service that was completed in June of 2018. We will be reaching out to you to have a service technician come out to your home to resolve any further or recent issues you may be having.
